Football Australia developed the Perform+ program in 2020 as the primary injury prevention program for football in Australia. The program is able to be delivered by coaches at all levels and is targeted at players aged 10 to 59. The program includes a warm up component (up to 10 minutes) and a performance component which we encourage coaches to incorporate into training sessions.
